Monday, 3/17/2025 -- MY 68TH BIRTHDAY

I took yesterday as a not invariable, but not atypical, Sunday rest day. Today, though, I was able to get back to it, riding for a brisk hour at Planet Fitness while listening to Irish music on Interlochen Public Radio.

This gave me a ride of 12.3 virtual miles today, in 1:00.
